Unable to purchase in the Shops

For the last two or three days i have been having issues buying items from the the shops on both tablet and laptop.
The page will load fine but only has the pointing arrow not the hand for selecting/clicking items.
The hand only seems to show up on the 3 items listed on the top of the page at the very to of those images.
Only shop not effected is Living Empire.(knuffel room items shop)
Has anyone else had this issue or is it just me?
Please help.

EDIT:- i also noticed that the Seraph Background (from monthly TT Set) is not labeled & does not come up in if you search in your wardrobe for seraph.

I just noticed this. For me the active shops are The Living Empire and The Cutting Crew.

I did notice that I wasn't able to purchase things right away, but was able to once I waited a few minutes and reloaded.

I went to the Knufftropolis, it was working fine, then I went to see the older gens and it didn't work. so I came back to the current gens and it wasn't working
I refreshed and now everything works fine again.
But yes, Sunlight is right, everything works after refreshing the page. I still wonder why it's happening tho, it's not normal

Starkad says he cannot reproduce the error and does therefore not know what could be causing it.
Is there anyone here who still can't buy from the shops after refreshing the page?

Tried and only Living Empire i can by from.
Did a refresh and a hard refresh then closed the browser and cleared cache logged back in and still the same problem.
EDIT: interestingly i tried Ctrl - to reduce the page from 100% to 90% and i could select all shop items, even after i resized the page to 100% i could still select all. However if i went to the next shop page it would go back to not been able to select again. So would have to do the above resize to select items to buy.

Checked, resizing the page works as well as refreshing the page. Maybe it's a browser thing? I checked on Firefox and it works fine there while on Chrome it doesn't.

I only use chrome and that is what i tested this on and it works for me on PC.
Still no joy on the tablet though.

I was just thinking or reporting this; I've tried refreshing the page but I can't seem to click on any of the 'items' - I can navigate pages and shops fine however.
