I think I've gotten into a pattern of collecting the advent items now, they are just all a day early, where I live anyway :mcheh:

My trick is just to do it at the same time I collect the troth tokens.

The 10th window says I already opened it. Is this related to the coding problem from the first?

If you already opened the 10th window and claimed the item on the 1st, then you cannot open it again. Otherwise it should work fine.

I remember claiming the one with the background but I don't see it in my inventory. I was excited to use it but to busy to make the avatar.

Edit: I checked the event chat page and yeah that was yesterday's item. I remember collecting it but I was on my phone. I'm not sure if maybe the connection farted and it showed I got it but didn't register? The data in that area is kind of spotty. I do remember collecting yesterday though. I remember being excited over how pretty it was and wanting to make an avatar but I was visiting family and didn't have time to mess with it.
