If there is something that interests you, you may click on them. If you just click aimlessly on ads with the intention to gain us income (which is a kind thought, but doesn't help us), Google adsense will not count it and, if it happens to often/noticably, block us from using ads. They have pretty strict guidelines there.
We also get money just from views, but it's really something like 0,0001$ so that doesn't really have much effect. (There are no fixed numbers for clicks or views, as usually the person who is running the ads decides how much they are willing to pay so it is individual for every ad).
