Weird Rapunzel layering

I was dressing my current avatar as is with Rapunzel backgrounds and found a issue.
Rapunzel Background (Cool Gray, Gray, Gray White, Lemon) - loaded in the layer of the Bagiennik Ocean in front of the December Peppermint border, Abaddon Background and Starter Window 2 2018.
