so they're very similar... icy drinks are ice and cola flavored syrup stuff. o3o difference is, is that it's churned so the flavor is mixed all through the ice and everything is kept at a low temp to keep it slushy


Icy Hot may work, never used it myself.
Wrapping can help sometimes.

Wrapping would add some compression pressure which sometimes helps. I plan on getting an ace elbow band/brace for my elbow, similar to what I have for my feet. They do the job of a wrap up, but slide on like a sock or in the elbow case, an arm warmer. The compression really helps me.. >A< the tighter the better...


Taco's are good when you're ready to eat them. >A< I have a batch of frozen hamburger I was gonna use for later in the month when food started to get tight.


x-x... I was making PB&J sandwiches once.. wasn't paying attention to the bread, as it was suppose to be a fresh batch.. I take a bite, taste something extremely bitter... see PINK mold on the bread.. x-x it was disgusting!

I now.. check EVERY thing for mold or expiration...

I also had a run in with a can of ... something. It was 3 days away from its expiration date.. and people say that stuff is actually good 2-3 weeks past.. BULL SHIT D:< never again.. I toss stuff out if it's close to expiring >-> never gonna take that chance.

same.. i was cleaning out the shrimp tank a bit yesterday and it felt like I had been carrying groceries up the stairs afterwards x-x and my right side, lower back sometimes feels like it's being stabbed QAQ

speaking of milk left out. I woke up at 8AM this morning, mom had gone to visit a neighbor leaving a cup of milk sit out on her table.. she came back around 12... that cup is now empty.. >A< ew...
