Why not name your tables instead of numbering them for your seating plan and then deck out each table in that theme? So Pokemon table could have little pokemon on the name cards for example?

(In case you can't tell...I recently got married)

Yeah, thing is...my hubby says it's crazy hot here too...I'm shivering on the sofa! I think it's because he cooled this room down so much last night and the curtains are still drawn so all the cool and no light. So I'm trying to weigh up being cold now but having a cool room later, being warm now and having a warm room later or going outside where it's warm :P

Yeah, I don't know how he got it this cold. All we have are fans and windows, which are made null and void by the amount of computers running. It's really quite impressive.

Not much, Drinking my coffee and browsing these forums. Think I'll pull out my knitting shortly and get back to work on my Etsy shop, but it's my day off from work so just relaxing really. Do a bit of housework later.

Yourself?

At the moment...not a whole lot, I only started it recently, and the only items I've listed are coloured cotton snoods. But I've got two items so very near completion, just need to crack on.

The shop is going to sell 1940's inspired accessories, at decent prices. All my items are either made from vintage patterns or reproduced from vintage photographs. I'm targeting the 1940's living history circuit primarily, but since most of the accessories work well today and the baby clothes ALWAYS look good, there's a fairly good chance that though my target audience is the circuit, it should also appeal to the general public too.

I've got one of each item, now I'm collecting duplicates in the hope of selling them once it's finished so I can make some money :P Yours?

What is a snood?

that sounds pretty interesting. I need to get better at crocheting. I would love to learn how to make things.

Mine is going very well. I have 2 of everything. I'm trying to get as many copies as possible. lol. They're awesome, so I'm sure that they'll sell quite well in a couple years.
