Okay, so lemme explain then. Prolly poorly
In New Leaf you could set up your village and then with the help of an NPC, set an hour and get a code
Please note that each hour has different music
Because you arrive by train and you cross the tracks to hit the town in New Leaf, to block that off with the codes, the train is always in the way, with the railroad crossing stuff activated. No biggie
I believe codes can also set what the villagers say, but I never used it so I'm not 100% sure
Well, Aika Village is set at four in the morning. Nighttime. Cursed time in Japan, so spooky music. Aika is dark, eerie, including the houses. Each house is haunted, a maze, or some combination of. Add the train for an extra eerie feel, plus the music, and the entire place is spooky
Unfortunately, in New Horizons, there's no spooky cursed hour music (yes I checked with my copy), so there's no creepy overworld music for an hour. You also arrive by seaplane, and the codes like in New Leaf don't exist, at least not yet, so no one knows for sure
