Oh, I love sewing by hand! I mostly just use the machine for quick repairs on clothing. Also I was planning to tear up some vintage items I got and resew them into new garments but that can wait.

But it hasn't gotten to the point that the inner mechanics are warped yet, right? So maybe it'll start working again at some point. Maybe you could try cleaning as much of it as you can and oiling some parts?

Nikki, your scrapbooks sound really cool, a good way to keep memories :) I'd love to see pictures of them!

I was on a trip to Prague with friends the last few days, it was wonderful. So many beautiful things to see, we could have spent another week without running out of things to do. And it was great spending some time with them again as well, since we live pretty far apart now and don't see each other all that often.
