I know I'm one to talk, since I avoid checking myself medically as well, but it's nothing as serious as stabbing pain. I just need to see a dentist but right now I'm not sure anyone would even have me since the pandemic is still going on and we just had more safety measures dumped on us again. But I'm not hurting that much with my tooth, it's just sensitive. Stabbing pains need some medical attention though.
Maybe you and your dad need to work on your mindfulness then? Sounds like you guys are a lot in your head and don't pay much attention to what's going on with you physically unless you're seriously hurt Or maybe it's something genetic, like Ash has very thin stomach lining just like his grandfather (or great granfather? I forgot), so he can't really drink alcohol because it hurts him for days later. Maybe you and your dad share some weaker internal things and on top of that you're clumsy?

I swear to god, I feel like sometimes I'm rambling without purpose. It feels like whatever I have to say is meaningless and I only type/open my mouth for the sole purpose of just spitting words out... Does anyone get that too?
Idk, I feel kinda depressed lately.
Oh, but the good thing is, I got a new laptop and it's gorgeous It's also crazy expensive and I probably overpaid but I'm hoping it will be good for working on it in the future and since it's good quality, that it will last me for years.
I also went to a jewelry and minerals market last weekend by myself. It was an adventure. Went on a shopping spree. I probably shouldn't have spent as much on stones but who cares...

Also, I've had that happen to me when I was a kid, my nail was coming off for a few days and then I accidentally tore it off by hitting that fingernail on a rail near a grocery store. Hurt like hell.
But seriously, get out of your head and get back into yourbody. You can exercise mindfulness by just focusing on your 5 senses. What you see, hear, smell, taste, feel by touch. 5 minutes a day is enough. This things seem to just happen to you, but it's not like your finger just magically happened to get there

Nah, I meant just blabbling without care and not really knowing why I'm even speaking. Or writing. But I guess maybe it's because I don't feel people listen to me? But it might be also that I feel my opinioins are irrelevant to people so why even express them, you know?

I found more arduino stuff to work on instead. It's more interesting.
