I think you've got plenty on your plate, maybe you haven't started yet because it's not such a priority :mcheh: I've been slacking with my languages too, because I just don't care as much anymore. Although I might look into it later this year.

Only now noticed all the typos in my previous post, I'm dead x.x

probably you are right. Also all the stress made me eat loads and now I have even more weight to lose. What a mess.

There are two types of people - those who eat a lot or those who eat nothing while being stressed. I also belong to the first category :mcheh:

I am super sorry about Cotton again, mem!
I think Ash will need some time to adjust, but luckily you still have the other two youngsters :)
She was 2.5 years old, really? I still remember when you wrote that you are getting rats, wow, how time flies!

jacob, I hope your nightmares stop soon :(

River, take it slow if your shoulder hurts. And good to know where you live in Australia!

I didn't have any resolutions this time, I am just going to try to play the guitar for a bit every day. It works so far :)
Not much more to do about working out as this is already a routine for me.
But I discovered that it's super fun to boulder! So I want to do that regularly, even bought shoes ;D

Two days ago I had a dream that I was getting married. My dress was lovely. And I remember having that moment where I was like "Do I really want to spend the rest of my life with this guy?" and I figured - yes, because I accepted his proposal. I wouldn't have done that if I hadn't been sure xD #mylogicworksforme

I am definitely a comfort eater. The problem is that I have been little else but stressed these past few years. Also, when we go out to do something special when I can relax and have a good time, my instinct is also to eat some special food, so even in those brief times I keep putting weight on.

@jacob: I don't stick to my usual diet since about December... stupid sweets and holidays food. I've relapsed to bad eating habits x.x A lot of pre-cooked meals and take-aways etc.

@Julez: Ikr? It's crazy how fast it flew by :(
I think these two might not be as social with humans as our previous ones, though, we'll see. I'll check in with you in a year or so XD

That's some iron logic, lol

I haven't used bike in last 4 days but yesterday I did enough housework that I feel I didn't need to use the bike

my shoulder pain is basically gone now

I've been eating a little healthier. I've been trying fasting through the day, moving my lunch time later and later (now it is supposed to be 4pm, although the latest I have managed so far is 3.30pm as I build up to it). The idea is that if I have fewer hours in which to eat, then I can't possibly eat as much as I did before. I am also pre-preparing a big batch meal of rice and beans mixed with some faux meat and sauce for protein and flavour at the start of the week, and every night I have a serving which was already boxed up ready that I can also add a topping to if I wish (like for example a small amount of cheese). Although, so far I am finding that I don't need much variation in the form of adding toppings, I just eat it as it was made. Each week I am using a different type of flavoured rice, sauce, or beans so it isn't always the same. I haven't seen any weight loss yet (I don't weigh myself when on my period anyway because I think it screws the numbers up), mostly because I have been craving sweet foods thanks to the stress and I end up eating cake or cookies or something later in the evening.
But at least I'm not eating at 1pm, having a snack around 3pm, then a big dinner meal and THEN dessert. I have cut out a snack and also reduced the calorie content of dinner. So I hope it will work.

I would totally starve that way xD I eat small breakfast, then fruit and veggies until noon, then small (lately pre-cooked :mcsad: ) lunch and in the evening it depends. If I work out after work, I'll probably be hungry, so I eat something bigger. If I don't, it's usually some snacks. somedays just a hot cocoa does the job. But leately I'vee been really craving sweets (like last night, luckily cocoa worked okay). I can't say all of my meals are healthy because I seriously don't know :mcargh: I usually go by my gut feeling. :mcheh:
