My sister posted a video she made on Youtube and it had some dark themes in it, so she put a warning.
Someone commented and said it was stupid to add the warning and my sister just wanted attention.
I commented back that not everyone can handle everything and it's called consideration.
They deleted their comment.

I've learned this because there are things that I love that others don't.
I'm real big into true crime stuff - I love listening to horrible things and I love listening about Forensics and I love hearing about the victims getting justice.
I've heard and seen all kinds of horrible things that are just normal to me.
But when I share them, people get offended by it.
They aren't capable of handling things like that.
I don't think they're stupid or weak - I know they're just not used to things.
And that's perfectly fine.

I've heard people express disinterest in NSFW stuff and people calling them weak and stuff.
It's okay to not like NSFW stuff.

I'm an artist that's met other artists and I've browsed a billion pieces of artwork in my life.
I've come across stuff that I found gorgeous, only to be told by someone else it was meh.

I'm a huge horror fanatic - I eat, sleep and breathe horror.
I'm not scared by things a ton of people are.
One being clowns. Clowns have never been scary to me and I don't get it.
But that doesn't mean they're weak or wrong.

Not everyone is the same as you.
What you find pretty is ugly to someone else.
And neither of you are right because there is no wrong.

Have you come across anything like this?
What are somethings that are subjective?

A world of fragile things
Look for me in the white forest
Hiding in a hollow tree (come find me)
I know you hear me,
I can taste it in your tears."

I am not squeamish about things that I read, I am a little more squeamish about things that I hear, and I am extremely squeamish about things that I see. So I really appreciate warnings on things before I see them.

I think pretty much everything is subjective: movies, tv shows, the ideal weather, who's attractive, food, clothes, the best colors, house styles, the prettiest flowers, scents, etc.

One time I played a game. I was talking to this guy online who played too. I said that I liked one quest line better than another. He said the other one was better. And he wasn't even like, "Oh, I preferred the other one." He was like, "No, the other one is better," like his opinion was a fact, and I was just plain wrong. It was years ago, I haven't spoken to him in years (he's actually in prison now!), and I still remember that because it was so bizarre to me lol.

I run into people like that, and they're usually younger.

I'm used to a lot of stuff I like being considered garbage, so it's okay for someone to say something I like sucks xD;

When I make art, I tend to censor/put warnings up even if I don't think they need them.
I did make Trypophobia art and I made sure to put a giant warning on it.
I don't have Trypophobia, but I know a lot of people do, so I wanted to put a warning xD

My boyfriend doesn’t understand my interest in true crime, he seems to think (not seriously) that I almost ENJOY hearing horrible things happening to people. And I guess I do but not in a way that I actually get enjoyment from it, it’s just engaging and interesting.
