From The Book of Questions by Gregory Stock.

Question #71: Would you be willing to have horrible nightmares every night for a year if you would be rewarded with extraordinary wealth?

What qualifies as a nightmare?

I have dreams about zombies and death and gore - typical things people consider nightmares - but I love them.

What I consider nightmares is people that have died being alive again or people that are alive, dying.

In the end, dreams are dreams so I'd do it 8u

"I'll miss the winter
A world of fragile things
Look for me in the white forest
Hiding in a hollow tree (come find me)
I know you hear me,
I can taste it in your tears."

Good point. I'd say it's subjective, and the nightmares would be whatever kinds of dreams that you personally find really bad.

I don't usually like dreams that have anything scary. But I once had a zombie dream that I thought was pretty neat. In the dream, zombies were kind of like werewolves in that you'd be normal most of the time, then you'd turn into a zombie for a short period of time, then turn normal again. And it happened with everyone. But, unlike werewolves, it didn't happen to everyone at the same time like it would with a full moon. It was more like a period where it was just different people's time of the month at different times. So, when your time was coming up, your friends would tie you up so that you didn't kill anyone when you turned.

I would do the paid nightmares. It would be rough, but hey, I have bad dreams as it is, and I'm not getting paid for them, so might as well get some money for it, and I could really use the money!

I'd take the nightmares. The pros of real life and what good would come of them for my loved ones outweigh the scares. Man, if I got a cheque for every time I had a nightmare...

As long as they're not much worse than the ones I already have I'd be fine with it.

i lived most of my life having nightmares every night because of PTSD, if i was rewarded with a bunch of money just to deal with it again? hell yeah. nightmares are nothing.
