So I live in apartment. Three times my apartment has been flooded because of issues in neighboring apartments. The first time is was next door. The next two was from the upstairs apartment. So three times beyond my control I lost possessions and have to move every thing I could out of the way for them to remove deal with the flooding. Not fun, at the very least my computer didn't get damaged.

Any maintenance that annoy you where you live?

I'm sorry for your troubles :\

Lately we've been having issues with our trees.
Their limbs are on the phone wires and on our roofs so we've needed people to come out and cut them.
My aunt recently hired some guys to cut hers down, but it's been raining a lot, so it's taking a while.

"I'll miss the winter
A world of fragile things
Look for me in the white forest
Hiding in a hollow tree (come find me)
I know you hear me,
I can taste it in your tears."

We have so many issues. Our neighbor's tree fell on our yard a while ago, so we had to cut that up. The roof leaks. The paint is peeling. And the tub takes an hour to drain after a shower.

Since we live near a trail, ants have been a thing for the last two years in the spring. Have had to caulk areas both indoors and outdoors. We had leaky windows issue in the basement last winter, but the new windows seem to be holding up.

My landlord is fixing the outside of the apartment building, so all I hear is him nailing right outside my living room windows. Then my neighbor upstairs has a guitar and amp and I can hear him practicing from about 10 am to 1 am.
