Some people STILL aren't following these rules......Do they need to be reported?

I was at an auction last month. I was trying to purchase an item via auction. I increased my bids by a reasonable amount the other person increased by 5k in one shoot. since there was only one item available i contacted the seller and informed her that the most i was willing to pay for the item was 7k and my last bid had been 6k. I did not have 12k to bid on the item so she could consider my bid withdrawn.

I made sure that since i started out with a maximum i was willing to bid and i was not going to surpass it. I was shocked to see the other player bid from 5500 to 11k in one day. This soured the whole auction scenario for me but at least i made sure that i contacted the seller immediately with my intent to withdraw. the sale had a week to go in the action process. So i am pretty sure she was not upset by my withdraw.

I value FC at 13k, I accept Trades for items on my wish list. But prefer FP

It kind of seems unfair in an auction if one person offers the autobuy the auctioner set up, then a second person offers higher, and the seller decides to not honor the autobuy but instead add the second person's offer as the high bid. Maybe a rule could be added about that?

Yeah =/
Its completely unfair T^T
It just happened to me yesterday .-.
If someone has ABed an auction the other buyers should respect that and not bid higher in hopes of stealing the item -_____-

i auctioned some items a while ago too, but i have been setting up some other strict rules about the bid increment, maybe this could be an idea for more auctions in the future, feel free to look at my rules in my selling thread, and please tell me if this is a good idea for auctioning (i set these rules to keep it a bit fair for the ones with less fp's)

i have a slight concern. today someone put up something where you bid till she likes the offer. wasn't this why you set the rules up? i remember the prior incident was because something like this happened and i noticed it seemed one of my friends was short changed in this because of the "bid till i like the amount" type of selling. i wanted to bring it to your attention however that it might still be going on >.>;

Maybe you should post a link to the thread, Kurai.

I have a material trading thread that lists all the mats that I own. I can help you with the quantity, but please don't make me go through it myself to figure out which of the mats you need are in my possession.
