I set the end time for my auction at 8 AM, but some people's bids were done at 8.00 and 8.01. According to KofK marketplace auctioning rules, should I accept these bids or not?

Depends on how you want to do it.

I have a 10am end time for all of my auctions, but the last bid must be posted 9:59 or I won't accept it. I'd say for yours, 8 would be the time to decide at, not 8.01, because at least the first is on the hour, the others are after.

I put a clause in my auctions if bidders are still bidding at the end time I would extend it an hour or until I could tell all the bids were in and I would post Last Call one hour before the auction ended. This should help with that, if you have people bidding and it ends at a time and they still want to bid against each other its to your benefit to extend the auction and get the higher prices. MHO

i think what happened was penguin and i lagged to where our bids didn't come through till ending time and a min after :/ so it kinda sucked that's why there's a problem ^^; everyone knew when it ended ^^;

I think, it must be a RULE to use UTC (GMT) time in the Bazaar forum. Every seller uses a different time and it causes problems! We need the standard time for the auction threads and etc. UTS (GMT) is the STANDARD GLOBAL time and in that way every seller and every buyer could specify their time difference correctly and EASY. So I think, it must be a rule in the "Rules" to use only UTC and don't use other times. :mcsleepy:
