Well, either you just tell yourself you've had enough and start doing what you think you should do, or you could get professional help, depending on how big the problem is :)

Sometimes that works but sometimes it doesn't. I was glad that I found this song and finished in 2 hours

I know it's hard to just kick your own butt to action. And believe me, I've been in a situation where I rushed because I couldn't bring myself to start appropriately earlier.
With larger projects it can help to set small steps/goals. Divide one big thing into small tasks and don't think too far ahead of your current step.
