I figure they should work roughly like a horse - maybe with some more leeway to say "oh, this is just different cause it's not a horse, it's a unicorn" ;)
There's actually lots of horse anatomy pictures out there, maybe I should link some of those as references...

Heh, thanks mem! :) I wish you'd find the time, too ;)
I deliberately made it run for a good while with that additional early deadline to both give people plenty of time and to motivate them to start something soon despite the long runtime. I hope that'll work out.
I guess I should go around and advertise the contest though, if I want people to notice... But I feel like I should finish putting the item pool first. I've just been coming home late this week and right now I have a terrible headache, so I don't think I can get any further tonight either :(

I think even with the prize pool unfinished it would be okay to already advertise? the earlier people notice it, the better I guess?

You're absolutely right probably, but of course work had to get super stressful and I had no time to do much of anything the last few days. Today I made some good progress on the prize pool though, hopefully the rest should be doable over the weekend :)
I should try posting about this in a few threads tomorrow...
