I don't feel good mentally...
Last night I got in bed and had an anxiety attack for the first time in a long time.
And today I feel UNWELL.
It's like I'm very upset and sad and scared.

I didn't take my medicine yesterday because they were closed and we couldn't get it.
And I won't have it today either.

Yes.

I just REALLY hate the anxiety at bedtime.
It can happen any time during the day, but it waits until I want to not think about anything and rest.

I got it yesterday.
I slept good last night, but it was because I got so little sleep the night before.
I wish I could always feel the same tired I felt last night.
I was at peace and sleepy and drifted off to sleep as opposed to be riddled with anxiety and not being able to go to sleep xD
