'Generator Gawl'
'Giant Gorg'
'Machine Robo Rescue'
'Machine Robo Revenge of Chronos'
'Astro Boy' (the newer one)
a series and a bit of 'Robotech'
two seasons of the new 'Voltron'
And then 3 Gibli movies. Those you've probably seen.

Some anime are only movies to begin, and then other movies, while being based on an anime, are original content that don't really tie in with the anime they're based off of so making them their own series is fine. ovo
