Now that is some crazy weather!
Where I am (Melbourne) It is said that we get 4 seasons in one day ... which is pretty much true all of the time!
The weather changes ever hour! One minute it would be pouring down of rain and the next, sunshine!

I wear sandals (no socks)/heels in the rain and snow unless I'm gonna be walking, my feet are always kinda hot.

Lol well I'm from California and hubby is from Texas originally so the cold doesn't bother us. I get overheated even when it's not hot out, my feet and my head and chest run really hot *shrugs*
The ONLY thing I hate about sandals in the snow is stepping in melted snow puddles that flood my shoes with ice water XD that, not so much.
