Yeah the grind is ridiculous. Thats why i’m wondering if i can even make it to two sets…XD;; i’m close to getting a set but that’s about it…8U

I just got my first set.
I don't think I can get a second set but I don't really care. I mean, usually I can't find buyers for the spare event items so they only sit in my wardrobe. So I don't mind.

I wanted to help and get Tam a set of colors she wanted but I may not make it >A<


Hotarla: o3o water changes and stuff isn't so bad.
Though... I think it's time to clean out the canister filter. I kinda wanna get a certain type of filer pads to help catch more yuks so it doesn't make its way back into the tank.

yeahh some events are harder than others. spring is one of the tough ones.

i do water changes once a week or once every two weeks. depends on if my depression is acting up oxo With the python thinger, water changes aren't that bad. o3o hook hose up to sink... and just switch from suck mode to flow mode and let the sink and python do everything xD

I refuse to use buckets and crap to do water changes on a 40g tank x-x

You aren't suppose to change the filter unless its falling apart. the filter bits are how the companies scam money out of you. Instead of using their cartridges, just use aquarium foam ovo it's where all the benificial bacteria lives and you wanna keeps it!

Though you do need to clean the actual filter out on occasion and mine's probably due for it... though it'll have to wait till after I finish the apartment. almost there.. x-x

I over did it today and was hurting so bad.. x-x my sciatic nerve or whatever its called acted up... sharp pain in my back going down my leg... i couldn't move and i swear i stopped breathing.. felt like i got stabbed in my right kidney! >A<

Tempted to move Kuromi's litter box to mom's room so I can move my dvd shelf down some, so I can push my tv into the cubby hole... where it's suppose to go.

But I'll have to move my big white tiger and find it a new place to sit. =/ dilemmas

I managed to get some trash out before it started to rain (around 4AM this morning) >-> still got a mountain to go


i was streaming pokemon brilliant diamond yesterday, everything was going well.. then BOOM!!!! I had to cut the stream off and was on the toilet for 30 minutes.

Its raining here too. And kinda gloomy. And its so dang quiet up in the office, what with my other coworker off for the rest of the week and only my direct supervisor on the opposite end of the office…8U the only other ppl are the COO and CEO and they’re either in the store or production area…8U

So this year we have a new family member; I have a brand new tiny niece. Which is really good because it looks like I might lose my grandfather this year. I'm not happy about that at all. He'd probably be able to recover if his memory were better, because when he can remember, he does his exercises and gets stronger and starts to recover -but his memory has been getting worse and worse and when he doesn't remember, he doesn't do his therapy and everything relapses.
We've been putting up reminder cards all over the place, but....
Yeah.
It's super frustrating.
So I'm taking my grandmother in to see someone for her panic attacks because she's so worried about him, and I have to say -I am getting so much out of those visits! It's like a 2-for-1 deal; since she needs help I get to go with her and learn all the tricks for free.
My emotions are all over the place right now with all of this though.
Been spending a lot of time gathering family stories and writing them down, supposedly for the new niece. But she's itsy bitsy and who knows if she'll even be interested when she gets older.... she's more of an excuse to spend more time with my grandparents, and make them feel needed.
Anyhow, I've not been as good at this event.
A little preoccupied.
