No, I have no such plans.
The Wild Knuffel feature basically has something equally to a Spotlight feature already: You can simply sort them by popularity. I'd consider the the one first in that list the one in the "spotlight". And it is a completely fair system determined by how well received a Wild Knuffel is by the community, and not just by me and my taste.

That makes sense, thinking along those lines. Thanks for the reply!

Then I'd be constantly shrinking the branches and trunk and whatnot to get the rest of the plant fit. So it'd look like the person is taking a step back. :qlol: Although that does sound like a cool idea, too.

Knuffel are supposed to evolve, this means that they should gradually change into something, and not be something in one stage and suddenly something completely different in the next stage. The change should be great and significant, but happen gradually from stage 1 to 5. Everything else might be a cool idea, but is not what Knuffel are.
But if it goes from seed -> sprout -> sapling -> short tree -> tall tree then it would still translate between stages, wouldn't it? And the background would be like, a garden from spring to winter back to spring.

It's fine if it's still no good, though. Even if you said yes, I have no plans to implement this Knuffel any time soon. :qsml: I've got something else on the drawing board at the moment. :qwhee: Just keeping this idea on the back burner.

I do not understand the term "translate between stages", but the growth of a tree still is no evolution.

Look, the problem with this is the following: Users pay food to adopt Knuffel and all they get is the first stage. If the first stage is something like a seed, no one knows what to expect. That's also why Knuffel should not transform from something into something else all of sudden, like for example in a Magical Girl transform, but they should gradually evolve. Like this people get a hint on what to expect. If there is just a seed, or an egg, no one knows what to expect.

Ah, I understand now. I sort of liked the idea of "what could it be?" like certain ones I see from Squiby but I see your point. :qsml:

Translate, intransitive: lead, result —usually used with into <believes that tax cuts will translate into economic growth>

"Transition" is probably a more common term that should have been used in my post, but I've always preferred to use phrases that are less commonly heard. :qsml:

Is it possible to use both bases for the evolutions of the knuffel?

Example:

First couple stages the knuffel is shown with base 1 then when reaching the half way mark the knuffel changes their pose with base 2 and other significant alterations as well.

Is this possible or would it be best to just stick with just one base throughout?

Oh, that's a good question. I'm currently working on a Knuffel that changes its pose every stage. Nothing big. Arms and legs out on first stage, then legs press together and arms fall to the side, then she clasps her hands in front of her, and then she holds her hands in front of her tummy.

Since you are not even required to use the base at all, that's all completely up to you.

Ok, I'm just gonna say that this is probably the greatest food sink ever. I started with around 42k and now I've got 600FP. xD
Love this feature so much! <3
