Strange. It's layered over the ribbon on your candy cane on this end. I tried hard refresh and it's still like that... Tried clearing the cache, too.

That's really strange. Over on this end, mine looks layered under the ribbon on the candy cane, but yours is layered over the ribbon. And I cleared the cache and tried refreshing, too. Something funny's going on...
