It's funny to me how very different the policies can be from one rental place to another. We had one once that let us do a lot to the building, although I think that was because they knew my great-aunt from years and years before and were intimidated by her. >.>

My dad moved into these apartments that had, to quote him, "Piss yellow walls". I told him he could paint them and he said they would make him repaint them if he leaves. So he couldn't paint the walls.

I never cared for things like Haunted Houses and stuff.

Ew. Might be cigarette stains. That shit is super gross. I remember when we first moved into our house the bathroom walls would drip with the stuff every time we showered. So gross. It got a lot less bad.

If you scare me and I jump I will sometimes dislocate something. Hubs did it a couple times and almost cried. Poor thing.
