Found someone who says it's a girl/boy-speakin thing. Girls use "o-" more often oO...?

I've never heard a boy say just "cha", they always say "ocha", no matter whether they are being polite or not.
I think you would only find "cha" in something like a scientific text, but never in speech.

It's just how it is with words. Like with "onaka" for stomach. I do not know the reason but simply take it as how things are.

Ok.. ocha i never heard without an o, too.. that was a stupid example :qoops:
