Yeah I didn't like chatting on Recolor especially the GD. So I stopped logging in because what was the point. The concept of being able to recolor your own items is great but the community has an important role to play in an avatar forum.

Some things I remember that made things painful
1. It used to take reporting two times at minimum for the report to go through. "To prevent false reports" per tekton
2. The mods didn't actually have any moderation power
3. The block system didn't exist at first and when it did come to be, it was barely functional
4. Tekton wasn't really ever around. I've since heard that he's more or less abandoned recolor entirely
5. Email not required to make an account, making any sort of account ban pointless

Also, the dude has one hell of a surname, so many "all hail the [surname]" jokes
