You should!! Go to an international buffet if you have the chance, experience the best of all cusines! Japanese sushi and sashimi, Chinese dim sum (and a lot of other stuff really XD), Indian curry, Thai rice (best rice in the world), Malaysian fried noodles! Also European delicatessen and cheese! And Australian and Kobe and North American beef! Ahhhh~~ there's like so much good stuff!!! <3333

Kobe beef is Japanese, it is one of the best quality beef in the world. If done well, the taste is really awesome!

And you.....you haven't had lamb EITHER.... T_____T

But if you ever get the chance to go to Mongolia or Inner Mongolia (one of China's provinces), you should really try the roasted whole lamb. They put a whole lamb on a spit and slowly roast it over a fire, at the same time adding spices that make it taste even better! Also, another province of China, Xinjiang, has the best lamb kebabs! It's famous! <3

Bison is the one that stays in the water. :P
And is it good? I've never tried it before, although I've tried yak! :D
