Do we use the sailor themed outfits or just make it look sailor themed? Like the Starlights outfits are different from the planetary senshi, but they still have the sailor theme.

Sailor themed is fine, I put in the theme description the sorts of items that make it feel like a magical girl kinda look. :3 You're fine.
