Sooooo I have a problem and I'm hoping one of you guys can help me out?

Normally with SAI I just hide the bg and save it (says 'each pixel opacity' or something).... but for some reason this ONE picture won't save with a transparent bg. Like I can fill in the bg with random colors and there is nothing popping out or causing a white bg, and when I check on gimp it's transparent... but when I upload to imgur it's not. (though I checked other pieces and they worked fine)

wtf is wrong? ;o; I thought maybe it was mad at me for adding glow, but even when I took it off it won't work! Not even gimp will save it transparent.
This happened to me before and I had to send just a white bg with the pic... And I really don't want to do that with this since it's a RL commission and I've been working on it for quite some time. ;____;

EDIT: I got it to work on DA, and I think it works on tinypic. =\ I wonder wtf is up with imgur being a meanie?
