Honestly if I'm doing research on the computer I get distracted by stuff like KofK. :( When I'm reading hard copies I can focus but it's all about online databases now. >__<

No, the one in the video isn't pop and lock entirely. Some of their counts look jerky so it's probably has a bunch of different hip hop elements. A lot of group dances don't really follow one style.

Even if a subject is interesting to me, I hate doing research about it. I really dislike academic papers because the language is just so technical and dry and boring. x___x;

Depends. I find all psychology papers terrifying to read especially because it's up to you to determine if all the statistics they throw at you are significant or not. You also have to check their methods and when they're using a bunch of jargon and really elongated sentences, the interpretation process becomes tedious.
