I cannot answer you that, everyone has different tolerance levels.
My personal tolerance level for gore for example is extremely low, but these are MY feelings towards this matter and no means to establish on which level something like this should be accepted.
I just have to say that, should users complain, I would most likely be way more willing to remove something from this site because it's gore, than, for example because someone thinks it is sexual and offensive.
That's all based on my personal feelings towards these matters though.
