I can kind of see it in your avi (which looks great by the way!), you have items from all sorts of different periods of the site.

I would have thought that bookkeeping would have been something that could be done remotely, though I don't know what systems you work with of course.

Some companies are REALLY secretive with their bookkeep, maybe that's the case with Rubie's?
Like, for example, my husband is not a bookkeeper but his company forbids them to connect to their work account from anywhere else but their houses (meaning no public wifi) for security reasons.

@Altira: thank you! I have a hard time making an avi I like most times. I'm always in the creator fiddling around when I'm on.

Wellll I work at my family's company. It's redi-mix/wholesale materials (like gravel). But everything we do is physical. Like invoices, making invoices, checking bills, etc. We could set up to be remote, but how would I do my payroll (I do the smaller business of 6 employees as opposed to 100 employees on the main business so they still do the old fashion time clock), how would I check bills, make my invoices to mail? Since everything has to be physical. The only thing secretive is the special pricing some companies get.

Aha, story of my life!
Thankfully, I have all the items I wanted already (and some I didn't want as well). I'm mostly collecting for eventual doubles or for the next expensive item.

@Rubie: Makes sense.

Lillian hair, all colors. Then those sidelocks
Least we have about two years for the wig, and then another handful of months for the locks
But I'd like to be ahead. Oh well

I'm curious: the Vinerys hair is based on Daenerys' hair from Game of Thrones, but is the Lillian hair also a reference to something? It's such a specific style that I feel like it has to be, but I don't recognize it.

@Rubie: ah, that makes sense. I've worked for some smaller retail businesses before that also did all their finances physically.

Looks pretty 80's to me. Maybe that's why?
But I haven't been able to pinpoint what it is either.

I like to be ahead too, it gives a lot of peace of mind when, for one reason or another, you have to miss one of the caravan or one isn't as active as you hoped it'd be

You're right, it does look very 80's. Especially when paired with a headband. I kind of like it like that now that I've seen it with a headband. I would say that headbands are the one item i don't use often along with halos

Interesting, I wasn't sure if I was going to get one of the Lillian, but I might get one and try it with a headband since I do like combining wigs with headbands/tiara's/etc ^^
