loooool yeaaaah when i wash dishes in the winter, its with hot water. in summer its cold...xP

I always wash dishes with hot/warm water. My roommate from last year kinda placed that habit on me lol She always caught me washing with cold water and told me it doesn't clean well... >> She's very environmentally friendly and clean freak haha

Yeah, cold won't do as well. Especially for stuff like salmonella and food poisoning. Or if a sick person eats off a plate they might make someone else sick from using the same plate if it's just cold water washing
Unless sits egg. Then cold is better cuz hot will bake the egg on

I would never wash with cold. That is completely not useful. :}

Cooked egg on, say, a whisk
Cuz hot water only cooks it further and makes it even harder to get off

Rinsing off with cold is not an issue as long as you wash them with warm.
