Well I guess I sorta had some type of eating disorder for years so that's probably why I obsessively counted my calories.

I need more water in my system. So my dad's going to buy me some bottled water that's on sale at his work.

Yep, doc says I gotta do smaller portions. And exorcise. But I have to weight for my compression socks because every time I exorcise (even with stretching) my legs tighten up and it becomes almost impossible to walk. I told my boss at work and he totally understands. He wants me to feel better before I come back to work.

I drink a lot of bottled water. I used to never ever drink water! It took me a really long time to make it a steady habit.

we order spring water from a company out here... we learned that some spring water companies put some salt in their spring water... o.O its weird... but we found one that doesn't do that though...

but I too drink more water lately than anything else... even more so since my friend got me a Yuri on Ice water Bottle >w> i haven't stopped using it since! owo (I HAVE WASHED IT! D8)

Eating disorders suck. I think I would get one super easily because I overanalyze and record things and count shit. But at this point I'm thinking anorexia might help me more than hurt me. I don't have any self control. It sucks.

I might try meal prepping . I heard that's a good way to count calories.

Yeah, I also need to drink more water. Or at least stop drinking so much soda. It's so tasty tho. Lol.

I can understand putting some salt in the water. Some people go way overboard on the water drinking and then they flush out all the salt in their system. You gotta have at least a little salt or you will literally die.

It's tough, but please don't starve yourself Light.
I found chewing gum has helped me curb unneeded snacking.
If you feel totally out of control it might be worth seeing a therapist
(also stopping eating may make you gain weight, because your body think you're starving and converts any food into fat)

The lady that took us, she tried to get her lazy ass son to come help... especially since he's locked out of the apartment till she gets over there.. nope.. he laid down in the hallway of the complex and took a nap =o=

the other lady, she was up here the other day petting my cats.. so the whole time I was taking shit up i was all "Try to pet my cats again for free >:x"

Light: I chew (?) the strongest mint flavored I can find. Like clean-out-your-sinuses mint. It also helps curb nausea =u=

Put Listerine on the bite! It helps numb the venom.
