If you click on each of the mini pets in the announcement you can redeem a code for them (1 of each). Don't know about the costumes though.

the one type of fairy gives out mini pets as well .. ono i haven't gotten that fairy yet. yesterday i couldn't explore at all...

and i've caught all i could today =w= gotta wait for reset

why is this festival so confusing to me... >.>
i read it again and i dont understand.
i redemed both codes and i got both females ;-;

how do i get the plushies they show? i click on them but it does nothing.. i have so many faries but do iuse them? what do they do

each fairy tells you what it gives you in its description. the ones that say that it will give you 'Mini-pet' you 'use' it for it to give you a mini pet.

there are ones that give you equipment durability, house durability, house items, mini pets, plushies, protection from illness for a while, so on so forth. just read their discriptions

So, room items are used do decorate your villagers rooms. So not useless! lol There was a news announcement about it a week ago or so.
