It's not a random rule. I was the one who made this topic. The first post has two rules. 1. Bans need to be bases on the avatar, because this is Avatar Talk. 2. Please no back and forth.
What qualifies as back and fourth? Replying to the person who replied to you. Please wait for someone else to reply before replying again. This topic seems more than trafficked enough. It doesn't need to be a spam fest.
