I really like it, I love how the gray part of the hair works with your avi, I wish there was a way to make the back of the hair gone though, or a diff style. To do that though would ruin how good the shape of the gray part is though.
Oh, and maybe a little red/orange on your persons midsection area, like a necklace or something in one of those colors.

With teh items you have there adding a touch more of teh claret and cream from a different set such as the cherry blossom clip from family jewels or somethin.' of teh sort would give it a good touch, or even a handheld item can't think of a good one right now.~
