:) hmm lets see for squats without weights you should start with just 10 per set. And 2 sets. So 20 total. I would add in smaller dumbbells

Then go onto some lunges

and can be done without dumbbells (like the squats above) and add those in later when you feel more comfy doing them. I would start with small number as well 10 per 2 (20 total)
DON'T start with crazy # of these or else your gonna harm your body. you can increase it by 2 reps (so 12 instead of 10) everyday 2 days or so
