22/7/2011: The voting is over now! Results will be announced soon!
First of all: Thanks to everyone who participated in our Official Art Contest!
As previously announced, everyone who took part in the contest will get a gift: Gigi's Wig!
You should find the wig in your wardrobe now.
The only people who did not get this gift were people who clearly did not bother to read through the contest rules and submitted clearly poorly photographed entries.
There were a couple of entries, like 5-minute scribbles, or entries that went overboard with changing Gigi's clothes or even hair (color) completely that - if I was sticking to my own rules - should be disqualified, but to avoid any drama I turned a two blind eye eyes and accepted all these entries. There are even a few photographed entries that were accepted, but in these cases the users at least took some effort into editing/photographing their entries in a way that could also be considered a poor scan.
If you did not submit a photographed entry but still didn't get the wig, please drop me a PM along with your entry.
Do not contact me if you got the wig but cannot find your submission in the gallery. All wigs were given out to the users connected to the art entries in the gallery automatically. If you have gotten a wig your entry is there!
Now having brought the unpleasant part of this announcement behind me I would once again like to thank everyone who took the time and effort to draw Gigi.
We have put all the entries into a Gallery where everyone is invited to rate the entries!
 The voting starts now and lasts for 2 weeks, till July 21st. Unlike in the avatar contest, you will not be able to see the votings, even after voting on an artpiece. This was made this way in order to keep manipulating attempts with mule accounts to a minimum. Have fun browsing and voting all of the contest's submission! If you find any mistakes, or any stolen/traced art, please feel free to drop me a PM! Good luck to all participants!
