H'm. Maybe it's a bit of both? That he doesn't have experience, as well as there not being a lot of ready employment. He's sure to get one in the end though, he just has to keep persevering I'm sure of it. Tell him not to worry (because what good will that do?) and not to lose hope.

Good :mccute: today was Telugu New Year, and we had a special dish called Ugadi Pachadi. Here's an example of what it looks like:

It tries to combine all possible tastes. It's got neem buds/flowers bitterness, jaggery and ripe banana pieces for sweetness, green Chilli/Pepper for spiciness, salt for saltiness, tamarind juice and raw mango for sourness. It's pretty tasty imo :qh:

Other than that, watching anime and trying to read a complicated how-to book :mchappy:

I tried tutorials before the how-to and was just overwhelmed and intimidated. So now I've decided to do the how-to before looking at anything else, because it's a how-to for dummies. Just what I need :mcheh:

I've been tired, got up way too early but ok. Finally caught up on alot of stuff.
Now to upload 30+ files to my resources tumblr and then work on edits.
Ugh and a Pokemon theme for the fiance for his tumblr as a surprise for him.

What kind of how to are you reading? I tried the photoshop one so long ago that I messed up what I was following the book exactly for haha.
