I have it every summer too,that some teeth are making their way out a bit,but just soo little,that it hurts and nothing really changes XD
i just have to life with it.
i never had those 4 big backteeth before i got the two on the uppe side,3 or 4 years after my dentist had to pull the upper left (far behind one) out due to some purulence inflammation and it broke apart >_<

so i know this is something really mean..>< i cant do anything against it but it feels like a nightmare if i think i could get this changed but got a max of treatment per month'-'

Thanks guys. I think the nerve just died, but I'm not sure. So far not much pain, unlike yesterday and the days before.

@Bononn: Yep when you're on medicaid. I think it only applies to certain patients. I think children on medicaid get full coverage.
