Yeah lots of powder! Used to take lots of supplements too but one of my previous clients a few years ago was a supplement review site. I read so much research about how 90% of supplements do NOTHING except potentially make you ill so now he's restricted only to the 10% that do something.

Oh no, felt like I was gaining some weight and the scale was all the proof I needed ;o I need to cut down on sweets, daily sweets was working just fine but guess not anymore.

No, I just kinda felt it in my clothes. I usually go for tight ones so it was easy to tell since they got a bit tighter.
I usually try and stay around 50 kilos (mostly because I want to donate blood and they won't allow it if you're less than that) but am 55 now.

Sweets is life.

Truth is I haven't been swimming at all lately because I kept going to the beach with my friends and they don't really swim. We'll just like sit on one spot and chat, while I'm used to actually swimming with my boyfriend but didn't have the chance lately. Though we are going on a trip next week so there's gonna be lots of swimming involved. And food, damnit D:
