He never was allowed to actually give them money, they refused the payment stating reserve not met. Yet the auction itself would have never declared him the winner or told him to pay period if the reserve amount wasn't set, as well as would have told him when he bid on it that there was a reserve. (I'm just stating what I got told when this occurred XD, I don't use ebay personally)

when it comes to costumes, i tend to make them myself due to too many scammers online with cosplays/costumes.

I can't sew, otherwise I'd make it myself, so I have to have someone else make stuff like this for me.

I've never really made anything elaborate or anything, but I have made some patterns. If I had the time and money I would come visit you and see about helping you make one, as long as you don't force me to use a sewing machine. .-. They are the bane of my existence because they terrify me.

My head feels some better. At least the ear part. I still had two naps today, and slept in 'em.

Out of curiosity, how many of you guys have ereaders? I do. My one piece of electronics gadgetry is a Kobo Mini. Best purchase ever, though the screen's too little to read pdfs on easily.

@Tam
<<;
(is thinking maybe fire will melt the ereader thingy)
I personally prefer having an actual book in my hands, not to mention I'm less likely to break it. x'D

@Spirit
My brother had a mini loom, it was interesting watching him use it, though he couldn't make patterns if I recall correctly. Oddly enough he was the one interested in learning how to use it, I just wanted to watch. x'D

No ereader here either, I want to get a Kindle someday, but for now, I just use a kindle program on my computer.

@ ML I actually once years ago got to see a large one and try it out at the college I was going to, during a special event the college did once a year, it's what sparked my interest in them. I've been wanting my own ever since, I really want to be able to do patterns and such, it's just one of those silly dreams of mine that probably will not happen anytime soon, but man am I sure going to try XD.

I've heard people say its easy once you get the hang of it, but I think it really depends on the person. Though I think that would be pretty cool if you learned how to use one. XD

I'm a book lover myself, but there's only so much space I have to store favourites to read again, and I've found that having my Kobo sitting on the desk makes it easier to read while I'm waiting for the computer to do something. Also, I can carry the Kobo around without dogearring covers or staining pages. LOL I decided not to get a Kindle after I read how you can only use certain stuff on it, and of the time they deleted stuff from customers' Kindles. A friend of mine uses the Kobo program, on her cellphone. She had more books on it than I have on my Kobo. o.0 But I'm a picky reader. And my stupid computer won't run the program that I need to get new books in epub format, so right now I can only get the non-copyrighted books. Haven't run out of those yet, though.

I've woven, on a cardboard loom. It's alright. Proly nothing compared to using a real loom, though.
