XDXD It's not like it hurts stats or anything. NPC bombing is a good idea. I think I was trying it in another game because the gear enchanter kept giving me the same useless to my class mod on one piece of equipment. Oh, it's a good idea so long as it's not a game like 'Trove', where you have to sometimes look in deep holes or the bottoms of ponds (or both) to find NPCs, because people bomb them into the ground.
