We get massive blizzards. XD Like up to your waist with snow. Though it's been a few years since it's been that bad. =\ It's just really really dry here. The ice gets bad, but Colorado people are not deterred. And we have like snow plows and stuff, though they don't help with the ice much. We've not had ice that cuts out power though. O3O

Haha, I imagine it'd be scary if fireworks started setting off cause of the heat! XD I'm not too worried about people setting fire to anything around me. At least I hope they are not that dumb. @_@ I know the police will be cracking down on people this year. Normally they just give small warnings.

I think the worst here from snow and ice is that people slide into my yard since I'm at the bottom of a hill. The stress pulls cars into my yard like a friggen magnet. @A@ We had a sprinkler system in place for like 3 months before we had to get rid of it cause people kept sliding into the sprinkler heads and breaking them! And of course no one comes up to the door like 'hey I'm sorry I slid into your yard and broke that, you should turn the water off cause it's running everywhere' no... they just awkwardly push their cars out and drive away. (I've actually stood at the window watching this a few times. XD It's kinda funny how panicky they get, lol)

Oh geez! I have neighbors up the street that normally smuggle fireworks in from Wyoming. But I'm betting they won't this year cause of the fire.

I just draw on the base as it is and I use a 1pixel brush. I'm too lazy to be re-sizing things all the time. XD

I use SAI and I have no problems. Though I don't know how to import things. O.o I just saved the file and opened it in SAI and it's fine for me. ^^;

But yeah, SAI is my program of choice <3

i remember i saved one and it had white bits but i could erase them just fine o.o could it be a layer setting?
