I was also thinking about it.The new knuffel seem to go down so fast!
It usually took 2weeks+ for a knuffel to sell like this.

it will mean more work for Firn i guess.
Or maybe they will get raised at 600-700 in the future

well for me...the new feeding system has convinced me to buy a lot more knuffel.. before id only get one of each (if that) but now with the ease of feeding and playing im getting them in 2's and 3's ..im sure others feel the same way

Hmm makes me kinda worried that ppl will start overdoing it with hoarding Knuffel for getting FP and stuff o.O

I mean I dont think its worng to get many Knuffel of the same kind in itself, I just think its wrong to get them only for their ability to get you FP in the future, not because ur interested in the Knuffel or its forms or anything o.O
It could end in ppl getting the feeling that they NEED to buy a lot of Knuffel to be able to get a lot of FP/Mats/Items from them later... and so they start an uhm .. arms race o.O
(Like:
Oh my, everyone is buying every Knuffel, I really should start doing so too..
Now ppl start getting 2 or 3 of each kind, I really should do so to, so I will be able to get muchos FP later...)

So Knuffel would end up being only a means of getting FP/Mats/Items for many Users, but would stop being something special in itself o.O

(Just to mention it AGAIN:
I DONT say its wrong to buy 3,4,5,6,7,8 Knuffel of a kind if you like them, or want to collect forms or something. I just think its wrong if ppl start to feel they have to do so on general for the sole reason that they will be able to profit from it later :3)

I personally don't think this would be the case because in order to be able to get fp/mats/items with your knuffel,you have to take good care of them,play and feed them,dig with them,level them up and be patient.
People that might get them for this purpose would eventually lose their interest as you need a lot of time to take care of them.

The other thing to keep in mind about Knuffel is that you have you have the initial investment for each one -- 2500 FP. That at least slows people down in regards to hoarding them outright.

I do agree that the new quick feed/play page makes it a lot easier to take care of a bunch of Knuffel and encourages people to buy more of them because of it. I myself bought a new one (the new light gen, he's just so cute) because I can actually play with them all now.

To the up the released amount of knuffels: Since people are buying more than one they knuffels will probably sell out faster. But if the released amount goes up, then there will be more of a chance for others to get their hands on one or two. And Firn will have more time in between drawing the knuffels.

To the knuffel hoarders for fp/mat/etc.: I highly doubt that would not happen. I used to only get one of each because they are cute but also they were a pain to feed and play with so I could dig (I used to dig about once or twice a week) but with the new feeding system people are buying more of each knuffel. One or two is fine. Getting five is fine (one for each stage) but people with 6 or of the same knuffel is ridiculous (says the person who just bought 6 of the new light knuffels) I've seen someone with at least 10 of the same knuffel, if not more. But I do have to say, if they take their time to feed and play with all of them, then by golly, you must have a lot of time on your hands to be able to feed/play and dig with over 100 knuffels. And what you get out of it (the fp and mats) will be a reward for all the hard work they took in caring for their knuffels.

I personally buy always one of each kind. Maybe I treat them more personally. They R individual for me and when U have two or three they R all the same. It's like U had few friends that were looking the same, act the same and had the same caracters. If someone do this just for collecting than ok, I won't kill him for this. Just I prefer to have only one of each. Even if they R the cuttiest thing in the world. They R getting cutter when they R unique


About fast selling: maybe it's just 'cause there R more and more people here. Community is getting bigger and more Knuffels R sold in short time and there is need of bigger amount of copies.

I think the new system is only part of it. Yes, some of the knuffels are vanishing quickly, but look at the fire and water ones--still selling at much the same rate. A little faster, maybe, but nothing compared to the air one. I think the dramatic difference is just due to how popular he is.
