Right? He's an odd person in general. Ad for me, I need the purpose to be clear to actually engage. If I see no purpose then anything seems pointless to me. So clearly I'm not the right person for him.
He also compared wanting to change one's name to Putin, Katyń and our politician Kaczyński... and I'm like.... it has nothing in common
The story behind it is this: I told him I want to change my first name and so I asked everyone in the office to call me by the other name. Then I was taught to make invoices, so I had to sign a few. And then he has to sign them. So he noticed I signed them with the first letter of my actual name and my surname, like I have in my ID. But he got all "if you want to change your name then you have to act like it" and "who can forbid you to sign it differently than in your ID?" and "Putin doesn't want people to know the truth about Katyń so he tells them what he wants them to believe, and Kaczyński does the same" and I'm like.... It's not even relevant...
So to sum it up, he's peculiar.

He does. He's like this: "I respect you have an opinion, and you might be right to some extent, but I'm more right than you are, and dare I say, you're wrong"... Something along those lines And such people suffocate me unfortunately and I don't feel well there on too many levels

Forgot to say, he called today and asked me to tell him an address, so I did, but he told me (in a pretty unpleasant way, while still managing to be polite) that he's driving and trying to type the address and that I'm there for him and not the other way around. Okay, I get it, sorry that I wanted to give you the answer as fast as possible and that I have no possible way to know you're already driving a fucking car. I wanted to yell at him. Why do I stress so much, I have no clue. But he stresses me out.

He has moments when he's okay, and then there are moments when my blood just boils because I feel suffocated.
I sent one or two applications today but that's about it, I need to find something more.

He definitely needs someone who doesn't mind discussions and stating their own opinion at an instant, and maybe enjoys arguing about why they're right. I'm a slow thinker, plus I don't enjoy discussions like that. I'm more of an observer, I take information in and acccept them for what they are. And if someone has an opinion about something I'm not likely to try and change it, rather ask why they think so, and again, accept the information. So as you said, we're not very compatible. He definitely likes to discuss people's opinions and forces to defend yourself, and his goal is to prove that he's right. Sometimes he says I convinced him about something when I really had no clue what I'd said. But so far it's been maybe 2 cases out of a thousand or so
