I need to get some vitamins. My body is clearly lacking several things.
I just give up because I see no changes so it's like "Well, if nothing is going to change, what's the point of spending money on stuff that don't work \>8u/"

Yeah, I used to sleep like 12 hours but be so exhausted I'd need a nap an hour or two after waking up.
And people told me "It's because you sleep too long! You don't need that much sleep!"
Nah, I just didn't get quality sleep and that's why I was always tired Bu
I mean I'm still always tired xD
I also found out that you can have insomnia that lets you sleep, but it doesn't feel like you actually slept.
I noticed there were times where I was in bed and time passed without me noticing and I couldn't account for that missing time and I knew I hadn't fallen asleep.
But I did fall asleep. I just didn't realize it xD

Yeah, I had no idea I had restless leg syndrome until this year.
I mean, I kinda of thought I did because my leg would feel weird and I'd jerk a lot.
But my sleep doctor confirmed it.
Worst for me was when I was taking Ambien every night for several years and it stopped working.
I was taken off of it and I had no medicine so I wouldn't be able to sleep.
I'd also get anxiety attacks for hours at a time every night when I had to go to bed.
I eventually got put on a new medication that helps me sleep and helps my depression and anxiety too.
It recently got upped and it combined with my restless leg syndrome meds - my ass gets knocked out every night xD

I would say to find a way to look into how you sleep at night. Whether it's through a sleep study or a sleep tracker.
Because sleep is so important and if you don't get what you need, it can easily lead to your own destruction 8u
I remember they had a video of this guy who had a fatal car accident because he was not getting the sleep he needed and he ended up causing an accident playing at the sleep clinic.
Not to mention if you have sleep apnea, it can lead to health problems.

If that's true then I definitely don't get enough Vitamin D 8u
I mostly stay inside so I don't get sun.
I also shouldn't be in direct sunlight, according to my medication.
Not to mention sunlight makes me sneeze u8

I'll look into tracking my sleep sometime. But I think you need to have a smartwatch or something. And I don't actually need it XD Plus I think it's expensive.

Your meds forbid you to get direct sunlight? :mcgasp:

Get a video recorder and record yourself. Maybe you'll learn more about how you sleep, maybe you'll see a ghost. Who knows \8u/

I know I'm always tired. Like I wake up tired and after an hour or two, I want to go back to sleep.
I don't of course.
I don't like taking naps.
When I wake up, I feel extremely anxious and unsafe.
Not sure why.

Yeah. It says that on the bottle. Don't be in direct sunlight. Not sure why. I know when I mow, my skin turns red xD

I've sneezed when sun touches me my whole life.
I never knew why, but it happens to people.
It happened the other day at the store.
Since the pandemic, I've been holding in my random coughs and sneezing.
Well, I walked out into the parking lot and the sun hit me in the face and I sneezed xD
It's weird too. It's like a little tickle then a sneeze.

I don't have any video recorder and I don't think my phone would be able to film me the whole night, it would be about 10 hours of recording and if it didn't kill the battery, it would kill the memory card so...

I don't like naps either, mine end up being 2 hours long, and that doesn't qualify as a nap anymore, at least to me :mcheh:

That's so weird to be on the bottle, though! What a bizarre side effect it must cause to forbid direct sunlight :mcomg:

Yeah, it's pretty common. It even has a name, photo-something. I can't recall now. According to wikipedia it's called photosneezia XD or photic sneeze reflex or ACHOO syndrome. lol.

I've been told to record myself, but I'm too worried about seeing something scary xD;

The sleep clinic keeps asking me over and over if I nap and I always say no.
Then they ask how likely I am to fall asleep during the day and the answer is always I don't fall asleep.
But I don't want it to sound like I'm not tired. I force myself to stay awake. I am still incredibly tired. xD

I remember we were going...to my uncle's house and I was so tired. I fell asleep for like 10 minutes in the car. We stopped at a store and I was suddenly bursting with energy ._.

Yeah, I didn't even know until I got bored and read everything on the bottle xD
I guess I could do research...

Photosneezia sounds like a wizard spell 8u
The internet is great because I thought I was the only one that did that.
I mean, no one else in real life around me ever did it xD
Sometimes it's not even the sun just any light source.

I've had it since I can remember and I'm sure it's pretty common in general.

No, I did read about it, but I didn't notice anything about the sun.
The side effects were like "drowsiness, worsening depression, suicidal thoughts, blah blah blah blah blah" like every other medication I've taken.
The doctors didn't tell me about the sun either.

I try hard not to sneeze or cough when I'm in public.
But the sun decided to fuck me over Bu

My grandpa was a major snorer. If you didn't beat him to falling asleep, you didn't sleep at all.

That's strange. :mcconf:

My nose fucks me over every morning when I sneeze a lot and can't seem to stop even if I blow my nose. Then when I go to sleep, it gets stuffy and I can't breathebut can;t blow it either. Then in the morning, the sneezing begins and if Ash makes me go for something to the store, I'm miserable because if you sneeze, cough or blow your nose publicly nowadays, you get stares. And I hate being stared at. :mcargh:

allergies are the worst. I live with three furbabies, and the only time I don't have itchy eyes and a runny nose is when I'm in my bedroom, which is a no-furbaby-zone.

They don't see how my sister can sleep while I sore so loudly Bu

My sister's medication says something about sunlight too, but it's a skin medication so that makes more sense 8u

You know, my mom used to be able to count down to my dad's sneezes xD
When he sneezed, he'd do it many more times and she would count down.
Yeah, that's exactly why I try not to sneeze or cough nowadays xD


AutobotDen: To my knowledge, I'm only allergic to penicillin (which may have changed) and a certain soap.
I remember me, my mom and dad breaking out after using the soap.
We went to the hospital and everything.
And I don't even remember what soap it was xD
I'm happy I'm not allergic to animals u,8
