I'm also a sucker for visually appealing things... I'm a magpie when it comes to that, haha. I laugh that I have a small fortune just in crystals alone. Add the value of my decks to that.
It is hard to keep it up, though, especially with executive dysfunction.
I suspect I might have mixed type ADHD but I don't care anymore to get diagnosed. I'm already bipolar, so maybe it's just that, who knows? I try to forgive myself for forgetting stuff or losing focus, laugh about it. Although it hurts my feelings when my bf says stuff like "you must remember about so and so", like... I would love to remember this, but I can't help it if I forget, it's not like I don't care, I just can't remember... I write down the important stuff because otherwise, I know I will forget. But it's not like I can write down "keep the tissues away from the animals" on every wall of the apartment... If I decide to finally take that piss I've been holding (a.k.a. forgetting about because the brain be distracted or hyper focused) for a few hours, I forget all about the tissues I hid under my pillow and just go to the WC, then come back to the pillow flipped away and my dog happily chewing on my tissues

And then I hear "you should remember". Yeah, I should. Excuse my retarded brain, please, it's not my fault
I have a main altar for spirit guides, ancestors, angels, and such, and a separate altar for Artemis. She is my matron deity and the only one who requested an altar of her own. Others were like "nah, I don't need that" XD
I try to remember the holidays, mark the dates in the calendar, but then... I forget anyways

I'm much better with habits that occur more frequently, like checking the moon phase. Hopefully, with time I'll remember better.
My practice used to be lowkey like that as well until I stopped anything

It went from the bare minimum to nothing.
Oracle decks might be easier for you, they have come with guidebooks to interpret them

Although, after getting used to the deck you can sometimes read different interpretations, even if the guidebook doesn't mention something. I would argue reading cards doesn't require remembering all the symbolism. Sure, it's good to know the basics of tarot to read it, but your intuition does the majority of the job anyway. But I guess another card reader could very well disagree with me on that. There are different approaches to reading cards.
On the other hand, I can't imagine remembering all the symbols and meanings of tealeaf divination XD
