I usually look at the stages before I buy if I can. Though I do probably forget in the time it takes to level them. I guess that makes it still a surprise.

I used to try to avoid the stages back when people would post them. There were a few times I adopted one because the artist didn't show the stages,

Yea same here! And as lunar mentioned... its one of the few knuffels I dont power level using my lava lamps lol. I might put one lava lamp and not all 10.
So yea its nice to get them slowly...
